Payment Obligation Clause:
Participation is a September-May commitment annually. Participants must agree to pay the full term fees either up front or in installments. In the event that a family chooses to withdraw their child(ren) from the program before its completion for any reason, including but not limited to personal choice, health issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, the parent/guardian will remain responsible for the full tuition for the year. No refunds or prorated adjustments will be provided for early withdrawal. This clause remains in effect regardless of the circumstances leading to the early termination of participation in the program.
Payment Options:
Full Payment: The entire amount of tuition and fees is paid on or before the first day of school.
Semester Payments: Half of tuition and fees are paid on or before the first day of each semester.
Monthly Payments: Tuition is paid over a 10 or 11 month period beginning July or August 1st, and concluding May 1st.
Payment can be made via cash, check, credit card, zelle, venmo, cash app, and paypal.
Advanced Academic Enrichment Program Class Options:
Optional available elective subject courses include: Accounting, Agriculture, Anatomy, Art Appreciation, ASL, Athletics, Business, Career Explorations, Ceramics, Child Development, Choir, Coding, Computer Fundamentals, Creative Writing, Digital Arts, Drama, Drawing, Entrepreneurship, Geography, Guitar, Graphic Design, Health Science, Home Economics, Image Design & Editing, Life Skills, Music Theory, Nutrition & Wellness, Painting, Personal Finance, Photography, Spanish 1 & 2, Sewing, Typing, Web Design, and Welding. These optional courses are offered 1-2 days a week, Monday – Thursdays afternoon/evenings and/or Fridays between 8:00am and 4:00pm. Costs vary per subject, and may not include material fees
For additional elective options desired, but not offered at Expectations Academy such as: Dance, Band, Karate, Zumba, etc. Please reach out to our partner; Studio 395 on the property to check on their available classes and fees, and coordinate with them directly. Informational flyers will be sent home regarding their available programs during the school term.
Other Registration / Tuition Policies
Refunds:
All tuition and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No credit is given for days missed due to illness, holidays, closures, vacations, or defaulting on contract terms.
Discount Policy:
Advance Pay Discount: $500 off tuition for payment in full prior to September annual start date
Referral Discount: $500 off tuition for each new full time contracted student referral
Sibling Discount: $500 off any added siblings’ annual tuition
Tuition Payments:
If a monthly plan is selected, tuition must be paid on your pre-selected choice of the 1st, 5th, 15th or 20th of each month.
Returned or Non-Sufficient Funds:
If your payment is returned because of insufficient funds, you will be charged a returned payment fee of $30.00. If a payment is returned two (2) times, you must bring all subsequent payments in the form of cash or Money Order to the office.
Returned Checks:
A $30.00 fee will be assessed for any checks that are returned for insufficient funds. When replacing a returned check, only a Money Order or cash will be accepted.

(Multiple children in a family: Siblings are 50% of the normal fee)
*Students must be signed into and out of daycare each day. Students over the age of 10 may sign themselves into AM daycare, with parent permission, but an adult must sign them out in the evening. For safety and emergency reasons, we must know who is on campus, and who has removed a child from campus.
