EA Guest Learning Center Fee Schedule

This option is for students already enrolled in an independent study public, charter, private, PSA, or satellite program that desire drop in access to our campus for the purpose of in person formal classroom instruction, tutoring, elective classes, enrichment, and social interaction.  Charter school funds are not accepted for these classes – INSTEAD, you get to keep your charter funds to use at your discretion! 

 ****All fees can be spread over the course of 11 months (July – May) OR paid over the course of 10 months (August – May)

Learning Center Application Fee: $100.00 (waived for early enrollment before August 1st annually)
Learning Center Enrollment Fee:             (half off for return students) $300.00 per child

Learning Center Drop in a la carte participation fees:

$15 / Hr     OR      $50 / Full Class Day (8:30am – 2:30pm)
Learning Center Weekly Participation Fee (without a contract): $175.00 / Week (Due weekly- every Thursday, by 3:00pm) also requires annual curriculum fees. No contract required, just 30 days written notice if desiring to withdraw.
Learning Center Contract Discount options below: These require annual curriculum purchase fees outlined below, and hold participant’s to an annual payment obligation regardless of attendance and/or unplanned early withdraw.

TK-5th Gr. Unlimited Access:

Single Payment:                $5,500.00 

Double Payment:             $2,750.00 / semester

6th-8th Gr. Unlimited Access: Single Payment:                $5,750.00
Double Payment:             $2,875.00 / semester
10 Payment Option:         $575.00 / month
9th-12th Gr. Unlimited Access: Single Payment:                $6,000.00

Additional Fee Policies

Learning Center Parent with Charter, PSA (or alternate overhead) Full Time participation Discount Payment Obligation Clause:

Participation is a September-May commitment annually. Participants must agree to pay the full term fees either up front or in installments. In the event that a family chooses to withdraw their child(ren) from the program before its completion for any reason, including but not limited to personal choice, health issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, the parent/guardian will remain responsible for the full tuition for the year. No refunds or prorated adjustments will be provided for early withdrawal. This clause remains in effect regardless of the circumstances leading to the early termination of participation in the program.

Refunds:

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No credit is given for days missed due to illness, Holidays, closures, vacations, or defaulting on contract terms if participating in any unlimited access program.

 

Payments Options:

Payment is required daily for drop in a la carte services, weekly for non-contracted weekly participation, and monthly for all contracted full academic yearly session discounts. Participants under a contracted yearly session discount plan may choose from one of the following options:

Monthly Payment Option: Participation fees are paid over a 10 or 11 month period August-May or July-May. 

Semester Payments: Participation fees are split in half and paid at the beginning of each semester 

Full Payment Option: All fees are paid on or before the first day of classes. 

                                                                                        Payments:

Payments can be made via cash, check, venmo, zelle, cash app, and paypal. If a monthly plan is selected, payments must be paid on the 1st, 5th, or 15th of each month as agreed upon in your contract. 

                                                                                      Discount Policy:

There are no discounts offered to non-contracted students.  Full year contracted students are eligible for the following discounts:

Advance Pay Discount: $500 off tuition for payment in full prior to September annual start date. 

Referral Discount: $500 off tuition for each new full time contracted student referral 

Sibling Discount: $500 off any added siblings’ annual tuition for contracted program

Returned or Non-Sufficient Funds:

If your payment is returned because of insufficient funds, you will be charged a returned payment fee of $30.00. If a payment is returned two (2) times, you must bring all subsequent payments in the form of cash or Money Order to the office.

Returned Checks:

A $30.00 fee will be assessed for any checks that are returned for insufficient funds. When replacing a returned check, only a Money Order or cash will be accepted.
